Tea and biscuits, usually scones and perhaps cakes, home made jam of some description (rhubarb and ginger) and hopefully rhubarb crumble if Nain has made any as her rhubarb crumble is delicious.

What's making your life better?
My cat, regular exercise, fruit, lots of water, crochet and knitting, attempting meditation and yoga, sensible bedtimes, no alcohol, pain medication, hot water bottles, chocolate. It all helps me to stay as close to sane as possible and avoid the crazies. It usually works.
